Counseling for Teens
- Are you a teen who feels like you don’t belong?
- Do you feel helpless or overwhelmed?
- Are you a parent who is worried about your teen?
You don’t need to handle life alone
It’s okay to seek out help. We all want to think we are strong enough to do it all by ourselves but there comes a time in our lives when we just cannot keep up the front any longer. Issues such as abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma are not meant to be handled alone.
How does the therapy process work?
We will meet together to determine what is holding you back from living the happy fulfilling life you were meant to live. We will process the trauma, grief, or depression, and help you gain acceptance for your current situation. It may be scary and painful at times, but it will be worth it in the end. Through our relationship, hopefully, you will start to feel that you are no longer alone and will gain the freedom that you deserve.
I have experience helping others deal with trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I also have worked extensively with teens and their families, so I know the problems that are unique to teens.
