We work with you to understand what you want and need in order to help you overcome life’s roadblocks–large and small–that inhibit feelings of well-being, confidence and success. Yes, and many of our clients have found that intensives are a good fit. Go to the EMDR Intensives page under the Services menu to find out more.
We accept cash, check, debit or credit card.
We do not work with insurance companies, however, you still may be eligible to receive benefits. Check with your PPO insurance plan to find out if you have “out-of-network” mental health coverage, what the reimbursement rate is, and how many sessions your plan covers. If you have coverage, we can provide you a monthly statement, or “superbill”, to submit to your insurance provider for a portion of counseling fees possibly reimbursed directly to you.

Yes. There are forms that address “informed consent” and confidentiality, which are very important in therapy. We will go over them at the beginning of the first session.
